USE THE MUSIC
Music touches people and we always recommend using music in your event. You can use our knowledge of music to do a feature or other activities during the day/evening – in the halls or the courtyard.
Every room is endowed with a grand piano, a beautiful instrument to look at, and even more beautiful when played to accompany a morning song in prelude to the day’s presentations, or if a brunch is laid on a crispy crust of jazz piano. The possibilities are many, and with our contacts in the music world we gladly assist in finding the music to suit and enhance whatever the function requires. Though mostly classical music is played and sung in Mogens Dahl Koncertsal, our network is quite extensive and includes all genres.

USE THE ART
While music is the active element, painting and sculpture also play a significant role in Mogens Dahl Koncertsal. White surfaces are interspersed with works of art, like the three lovely Erik A. Frandsen paintings in the Large Hall, for instance. Or the Concert hall, where Jens Birkemose has decorated the end wall with a mural especially for Mogens Dahl Koncertsal, a picture inspired by a madrigal comedy by Claudio Monteverdi. Ceramic pieces by Italian artist Sandra Davolio in the Large Hall causes quiet amazement.

Not that we want to be a museum, on the contrary, but because art and music together open creative and innovative sides in us as human beings, the sides that many conferences and workshops aim to evoke.
