The building was originally from the 1950s and served as a Jaguar workshop.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Vipp and Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, in collaboration with architects Frank Maali and Gemma Lalanda, completely renovated the building while respecting the old industrial area by Copenhagen's harborfront.
The building pays tribute to Vipp's founder, Holger Nielsen, with a brick ceiling produced in his hometown of Randers and is a celebration of culture, gastronomy, craftsmanship, and music.
The hall was completed in 2022 and was officially inaugurated in August 2022.
