The food, its presentation, and the service are an important part of the celebration and the overall experience. With us, the experienced Head Chef, Peter Ingeberg, leads the kitchen. Together with you and our event team, he puts together a festive menu with fine wines and almost anything else you could wish for.
Ingeberg’s Kitchen draws inspiration from French and Mediterranean cuisine, with touches of Middle Eastern and Japanese elements—always with a personal signature and based on fresh, preferably organic ingredients. All menus are, of course, tailored to each individual celebration, taking into account the season, theme, number of guests, and occasion..
Our Food
Peter Andreas Ingeberg is the head chef at Mogens Dahl Concert Hall. Trained as a chef, waiter, and sommelier, Peter has worked alongside some of the very best in the culinary world throughout his career.
Ingeberg’s Kitchen places a strong emphasis on organic produce and chooses local vegetables whenever possible, as well as sustainably caught or farmed fish and poultry when sourcing ingredients. Overall, it is about thoughtful cooking with a focus on animal welfare.
But the most important elements are freshness and great taste. Everything is made from scratch using fresh ingredients on the very day it is served—whether it’s a buffet or a five-course gourmet menu.
A collaboration spanning decades means that Ingeberg’s Kitchen’s menus and dishes are composed exclusively for Mogens Dahl Concert Hall.
