WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE HEAD CHEF?
Food, presentation, and service are an essential part of the conference dinner and the overall experience. At Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, the kitchen is led by our experienced head chef, Peter Ingeberg. Together with you and our event team, he curates a conference menu complemented by carefully selected wines and all accompanying details.
Ingeberg’s Kitchen draws inspiration from French and Mediterranean cuisine, with subtle influences from Middle Eastern and Japanese cooking. Always with a personal touch and based on fresh, preferably organic ingredients. Naturally, all menus are tailored to each individual event, taking into account the season, theme, number of guests, and the occasion.
The Food
The head chef at Mogens Dahl Concert Hall is Peter Andreas Ingeberg. Peter is a trained chef, waiter, and sommelier, and throughout his career he has learned from some of the very best in the industry.
Ingeberg’s Kitchen places strong emphasis on organic ingredients, choosing local vegetables whenever possible, as well as sustainably caught or farmed fish and poultry. Above all, the cuisine is guided by thoughtfulness, sustainability, and a deep respect for animal welfare.
Most importantly, however, the focus is on freshness and flavor. Everything is prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients on the very day it is served whether it is a buffet or a five-course gourmet menu.
A collaboration spanning several decades means that Ingeberg’s Kitchen creates menus and dishes exclusively for Mogens Dahl Concert Hall.
