With capacity for 50 to 180 participants in each hall, complemented by our ROOFTOP terrace and cobbled courtyard, the venue is ideal for major launches or company half-year meetings where participants are meant to feel motivated and inspired.

Every kick-off meeting or product launch comes with its own specific requirements for layout and setup. The architecture of Mogens Dahl Concert Hall allows us to configure our spaces for a wide range of event sizes and formats, from product launches or kick-off meetings with 50 up to 180 participants in each hall.
We offer tailored setup solutions, including theatre seating, reception-style layouts, or cabaret arrangements, with ample space for product displays and presentations. All venues are located at street level, and the large window sections in both halls can be opened, making it possible to bring even very large items indoors.
This makes Mogens Dahl Concert Hall an ideal venue for exclusive launches. The quiet cobbled courtyard and the ROOFTOP terrace can also be used as a striking and atmospheric setting.
The bright and welcoming spaces, combined with generous amounts of natural daylight from the large windows, make it easy to maintain focus for both participants and presenters. And the acoustics are top class - after all, this is a concert hall.
WE ARE BY YOUR SIDE - THE WHOLE DAY
At Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, you will have a dedicated contact person who supports you in planning your event from start to finish. Our experienced planners advise on everything from room layout and spatial design to sound, lighting, and AV. The acoustics are of high quality, and both halls can be fully blacked out.
We work with a professional technical team whenever needed and can also handle the production of banners and other event materials.
Naturally, we assist with recommendations for food and beverages throughout the event. And perhaps you would like to include a classical music experience? We can take care of that as well.

CATERING THAT FUELS IDEAS, NOT JUST PEOPLE
At Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, food, presentation, and service are an integral part of the overall experience. The quality of what is served not only affects participants’ well-being and energy levels, it also sets the tone and defines the level of ambition for the event.
Our kitchen is led by the experienced head chef Peter Ingeberg. Together with you and our event team, he curates the gastronomic journey, whether it’s refined finger food for a kick-off meeting or a five-course gourmet dinner for a product launch. And not least, the fresh snacks in between help maintain focus and engagement throughout an intensive day.
Ingeberg’s Kitchen draws inspiration from French and Mediterranean cuisine, with subtle influences from Middle Eastern and Japanese cooking. Always with a personal touch and based on fresh, preferably organic ingredients. Naturally, all menus are tailored to each individual event, taking into account the season, theme, number of guests, and the occasion.
The Food
The head chef at Mogens Dahl Concert Hall is Peter Andreas Ingeberg. Peter is a trained chef, waiter, and sommelier, and throughout his career he has learned from some of the very best in the industry.
Ingeberg’s Kitchen places strong emphasis on organic ingredients, choosing local vegetables whenever possible, as well as sustainably caught or farmed fish and poultry. Above all, the cuisine is guided by thoughtfulness, sustainability, and a deep respect for animal welfare.
Most importantly, however, the focus is on freshness and flavor. Everything is prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients on the very day it is served whether it is a buffet or a five-course gourmet menu.
A collaboration spanning several decades means that Ingeberg’s Kitchen creates menus and dishes exclusively for Mogens Dahl Concert Hall.
