Our experienced head chef, Peter Ingeberg, leads the kitchen with precision and creativity. He will collaborate with our event team and to design a tailored culinary concept – from light sandwiches for a focused workshop to a five-course dinner for your Management team. And of course, the revitalising snacks and light meals that keep everyone engaged during a long day.

Ingeberg’s food is inspired by Mediterranean and French classics, with hints of Middle Eastern and Japanese flavour profiles – always with a personal twist and always based on fresh, preferably organic ingredients.

Peter Andreas Ingeberg is the head chef at Mogens Dahl Concert Hall. Trained as a chef, waiter, and sommelier, Peter has worked alongside some of the very best in the culinary world throughout his career.

Together with his team, Peter focuses on organic ingredients, favouring local, vegetables whenever possible. The same care applies to sourcing: ethically raised meat and sustainably caught or farmed fish are a given. Above all, it’s about food made with intention and respect.

Freshness and flavour come first. Every dish is prepared from scratch on the same day it’s served – whether it’s a generous buffet or a refined five-course menu.

Thanks to a long-standing collaboration with Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, Ingeberg’s menus are crafted exclusively for our guests.
