MUCH MORE THAN A MEETING ROOM
At Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, we don’t have meeting rooms. We have concert halls. This gives us a unique opportunity to meet your individual requirements for layout and configuration for your conference.
Each hall accommodates between 50 and 180 participants. Whether you choose to use one hall or have access to both, we provide tailored solutions with the seating and set-ups you need throughout your conference.
Both halls offer ample space for stages, lecterns, panel discussions and livestreaming on large screens. Professional AV equipment is available in both halls — and the acoustics are of the highest standard. After all, this is a concert hall.
The halls are appointed with exclusive materials and elegant details, offering complete discretion in beautiful surroundings. Our charming cobbled courtyard, ROOFTOP terrace and historic ‘Hall of Fame’ also contribute to creating a distinctive atmosphere for your conference.

At Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, we are with you throughout the entire process. You will have a dedicated contact person who supports you in planning your conference from start to finish. We will guide you through everything from room layout and configuration to sound, lighting and AV. The acoustics are of concert-hall standard, and both halls can be fully blacked out.
A professional technical team is available should your conference require it. We can also take care of producing banners and other conference materials.
Catering and snacks during your breaks are an integral part of the conference experience. With us, you can enjoy organic and sustainable menus, uniquely tailored to your needs. Should you wish to host a dinner following your conference, we will be happy to arrange that as well.

With us, food, presentation and service are an integral part of your conference. Our Head Chef and event team are on hand to advise you on the menus, refreshment breaks, snacks and beverages required on the day.
Our cuisine is predominantly organic, based on sustainably sourced ingredients, with inspiration drawn from French and Mediterranean kitchens, complemented by subtle influences from Middle Eastern and Japanese cuisine.
All menus are tailored precisely to your individual conference, taking into account the season, theme, occasion and your guests’ dietary requirements.

Both of our halls are equipped with modern AV facilities. Most technical requirements can be handled in-house, and we also have access to a professional technician team providing expert technical support. Mogens Dahl Concert Hall is centrally located on Islands Brygge, surrounded by public parking facilities and within short walking distance of bus routes, the metro and the harbour bus. Whether you are arriving from the airport, Bella Center or central Copenhagen, access is easy and convenient.
Our two halls can be adapted to suit everything from standing receptions to more formal set-ups such as cabaret-style seating, theatre seating or dinners with round tables. Whether you are hosting a meeting, conference or another type of event, we offer flexible solutions that support your objectives and create the atmosphere you require.
Islands Brygge was once a run-down industrial area. Today, it is one of the most sought-after parts of central Copenhagen. The buildings that house Mogens Dahl Concert Hall date back to 1901 and have previously served as a printing house, horse stables and an automotive workshop.
Today, they have been carefully restored with respect for their heritage, preserving many original details that contribute to the venue’s authentic charm and exclusive character.
Our halls are built and designed for classical concerts, offering outstanding acoustics. This ensures that speeches and presentations are delivered with clarity — so much so that many speakers choose to present without microphones.
Even during lively table conversations, the acoustics remain comfortable and balanced in both halls. Numerous skylights and large window façades provide abundant natural daylight, which has a positive impact on both wellbeing and concentration.
A visit to Mogens Dahl Concert Hall offers the opportunity to treat your guests to live classical music. Our pianist is happy to perform as guests arrive and during breaks, as required. Throughout the building and in the courtyard, you can also experience contemporary art by both established and emerging artists.
