Ingebergs draws inspiration from classic Mediterranean and French cuisines, with touches of the Middle East and Japan – always with a personal twist and always based on fresh, preferably organic ingredients.

THE FOOD
BY HEAD CHEF & SOMMELIER PETER ANDREAS INGEBERG
Peter Andreas Ingeberg is the head chef at Mogens Dahl Concert Hall. Trained as a chef, waiter, and sommelier, Peter has worked alongside some of the very best in the culinary world throughout his career.
Together with his team, Peter focuses on organic ingredients, favouring local, vegetables whenever possible. The same care applies to sourcing: ethically raised meat and sustainably caught or farmed fish are a given. Above all, it’s about food made with intention and respect.
Freshness and flavour come first. Every dish is prepared from scratch on the same day it’s served – whether it’s a generous buffet or a refined five-course menu.
Thanks to a long-standing collaboration with Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, Ingeberg’s menus are crafted exclusively for our guests.

Mogens Dahl Concert Hall is conveniently located near the waterfront of Islands Brygge, a short metro ride from the airport, and just a few kilometers from the highway. In other words, you and your guests can arrive at your dream wedding exactly as you wish. We're happy to assist with coordination and planning.
What is the venue capacity for a wedding?
Our wedding venues can accommodate between 80 and 180 seated guests, depending on the table arrangement and your preferences.
Do you offer catering for wedding receptions?
Yes, we provide a wide range of catering options for your wedding, including buffet, sit-down dinners, and cocktail receptions. Our menu can be tailored to suit your preferences and needs.
Can you arrange entertainment for our wedding?
We collaborate with some of the most renowned artists in Denmark and can arrange everything from live bands and DJs to classical musicians and comedians for your wedding celebration.
